Procedure
for Rental Requests for Camp Pascobac
Facilities
As stewards of Camp Pascobac we strive to remain open and transparent in
selecting reservations while assuring that no one group receives preferential
treatment as to particular dates. Repeat renters must not expect to get the
same dates every year. Pascobac has become more
popular in recent years and with our aging infrastructure our rates have been
revised to help with extra costs when large groups are anticipated.
Letters of request received with Full payment before Dec 15 will usually
assure your requested date. However if more than one request for the same time
is received then requests will be entered into a random draw.
Letters of request with NO payment should be received by Dec 31.
All requests should include a second alternate rental time.
Letters received after Dec 31 deadline will reduce your chance of
obtaining your desired time.
Requests received by Dec 31 will be
informed early January as to their rental dates.
Following the Jan. draw all groups must send your completed waiver form with
50% of your fee by Feb 28. (non-refundable if you cancel, unless dates can be
rented to another group) If this occurs there will still be a 20%
administration fee charged to the group cancelling their original reservation.
If payment is not received by Feb 28 your date will be offered to the next
interested party.
The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due 2 weeks prior to your rental time
along with $200.00 damage deposit, this will be refunded within 30 days after
your stay provided no damage occurs
All rates are ultimately left to the discretion of the booking coordinator with
approval from the Executive Board.
